Lina Zeller
Pilates Trainerin

Lina Zeller has a 4-year degree in dance in Amsterdam, Holland and her first Classical Pilates education was done in 2008/2009 with the american Michael Miller course.

 

She has also done Iyengar and Hatha Yoga for many years, and all this experience certainly influences her Pilates practice until nowadays. In 2011, she became a dance and Pilates teacher of the Dance Department of the Federal Institute of Brasilia, in Brazil.

In the meantime, Lina also did a Master's degree where she could deepen her studies on movement and education.  After moving to Switzerland in 2019, Lina has done another training course in Classical Pilates (600 hours) with April Jones, one of the founding members of the Swiss Pilates Association.

 

She is also a specialist in Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise with Dr. Sarah Duvall. 

Classes are taught in Portuguese and English.
